I knew I shouldn’t have spoken so soon.
My grand plans of starting a Couch to 5k program have been put on hold.
I’ve been experiencing some weird dizzy spells lately & until I get that all straightened out, adding intensity to my (admittedly very low-key) workout routine has been put on the back burner.
I’ve got an appointment next week to (hopefully) get the “all clear” from my physician.
Until then I’ll be sticking with easy, short walks a few days a week and maybe some relaxed cycling.
