    Hi-
I just wanted to let you know that I got an email from MyBlogSpark about the expired FIberOne coupon and they said they’re trying to remedy the situation. If I hear anything, I’ll let you know. But I’m glad you like the water bottle!

I know those stairs well. I totally took them when I work at George’s building. Up in the morning, down for lunch. Up after lunch, down at the end of the day!

    Keep it up.

You absolutely rock for taking stairs! We have a stair climbing challenge coming up in OKC and I’m way too chicken to do it. Though it your butt totally tight or what? That’s one thing I do like about the stairs! BOOTY LIFT. Dottie is adorbs. :)

What’s making me happy is it’s sunny and the snow/ice should be officially GONE for us!

Dottie is such a cutie! My best friend has two miniature daschunds so they have a special place in my heart :)
I’m loving that it is FRIDAY and I’m about 3.5 hours from happy hour with my girl friends.

Thanks for your comment on my blog!

Great job on the stairs… I do that too, but we just have a two floors in the building I work, so the training effect is not that great! ;-)

    Have a great weekend!

I had a coworker that used to walk up and down the stairs at our office building a few times during lunch (buildings in DC are 12 stories, so it’s not like the 42 story building mentioned above). I want to start going up to my apartment once a day via stairs instead of elevator, which is 15 flights. We’ll see how I do after my knee heals hehe.

I’m happy that I only have a few more days until I can try to run again! And happy that it is FRIDAY!

That is a lot of stairs!! And so glad you got your JJ’s fix. :)

Wow, the stair thing is such a great idea! I bet you will notice a hude difference in your quads and lung capacity for it in no time! :)

Awesome job taking the stairs! I work on the 1st floor now and that’s not much exercise – I do try to take the stairs every where I go (I hate elevators). You’ve motivated me to find an excuse to go up to the 4th floor more often!

I’m happy that it’s Saturday and that I can finally run 3 miles without my ankle injury flaring up.

ahahahaha! Just wait… all the sudden you’ll be finding excuses to go up and down them! “oops… forgot something in my car… oops… think I dropped something downstairs…” And all the sudden, you’ll be paying money to climb a stairwell.

It happens to the best of us. :)

I also got my boss hooked on taking the stairs. It’s a movement, I’m tellin’ ya!

    Happy Monday! :)

It looks like Dottie needs to start taking the stairs, too!
