It’s hard to believe how much time has passed since our last date. I’ll admit it’s my fault we haven’t gotten together in so long. But at long last I’ve come to my senses, and I’m glad you’re back in my life! Now that we’re getting reacquainted I’d like to thank you for a few things:
- For handing me my own ass within the first 7 minutes of class
- For opening my eyes to lots of awesome music that I can rock out to
- For the chicks that come into class in push-up bras and hot pants – they give me something to chuckle at!
- For giving me spaghetti legs
- For the 20-something buff guys that like to cycle with no shirt on and check themselves out in the mirror – they’re good to look at! (AND give me another thing to chuckle at!)
- For reminding me what it’s like to SWEAT like a BEAST
- For letting me embrace my inner band geek as I pedal “in step” with the music
- For pushing me past my limit minute by minute until class is over
I hope we can keep this thing going – our future is bright – and Im already looking forward to our date next week!

haha I love this post! I’ve actually never tried spin class but have heard SUCH good things. I’m not a member of a gym, but I do have a nice gym in my building and own a bike and do a lot of running outside, but I miss the classes!
I absolutely LOVE Spin class. I was taking it multiple times a week for months & then suddenly stopped going for no real reason. Can’t believe how much I missed it! (Otherwise not real big on group fitness – I’m too self conscious with all the mirrors and other people watching me!)
